ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING

Electronic engineering involves the design and testing of electronic circuits that use the electronic properties of components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes and transistors to achieve a particular functionality. Electronic and Communication Engineering is the largest department of the MIT campus was established in the year 1949. The research areas include communication Technology,Wireless communication, sensor Networks ,Optical communications, avionics, signal processing & Pattern recognition and VLSI.
