Qualifications for U.G (B.E /B.Tech )Programme

Candidates should have passed the Higher secondary Examination prescribed by the government of Tamil Nadu with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry as three or four subjects of the study prescribed under part III or any other examination of any university or authority accepted by the syndicate of the Anna University

OR

The candidates who possess, the Diploma in Engineering/Technology awarded by the state board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply for admission to the third semester of B.E/ B.Tech in the branch corresponding to their branch of study in the Diploma course.

The candidate should have not completed 21 years of age as on first of July of the year of application . For candidates belonging to SC/ST the age limit is relaxable by three years.

Qualifications for P.G(M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc ) Programme

Candidates should have passed the appropriate degree examination of Anna University or any other university.

M.E. Mechatronics - B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical / Production Automobile / ECE / E&I / Aeronautical / EEE / Mechatronics

M.E. Manufacturing Engineering - B.E./B.Tech in Automobile/Mechanical Production/Industrial/Metallurgy/Manufacturing

M.E. Mechatronics - B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical / Production Automobile / ECE / E&I / Aeronautical / EEE / Mechatronics
